Self-Care In Everything I Do (focused conversation - virtual)

We will look at how we can effectively manage stress and become more resilient. With the use of everyday “objects” and the Impact Theory, the facilitator guides the group to identify their individual stressors. We will also look at ways to deal effectively with them on a daily basis. We discuss how we can pro-actively do self-care in everyone we do. Mindfulness breathing exercise is also included.

Mindful Breathing and Visualizations (virtual)

This 30 minute break gives participants the opportunity to take a step back and do something healthy for themselves. The suggestions presented may be practiced everyday and at their level of comfort. After the exercise, it is hoped they feel rejuvenated and ready to tackle the rest of the day and the week.

Mental Health in the Workplace for Employees (focused conversation - virtual)

The recognition that colleagues might be struggling with Mental Health issues is paramount in helping de-stigmatized and provide support in any place of work. Awareness is key. Colleagues can play a pivotal role in making the workplace a healthier place to be. The session will provide participants with some of the tools and resources available.
